Children in intensive care being passed from pillar to post: 'Our child is not being heard'
Parents of children who need intensive care or support are sent from pillar to post. This is the conclusion of Radar after conversations with families with sick children. As a result, the children do not receive the care and support they need. With all the consequences for the child, but also for the parents.
Advocacy organization Ieder(in) is sounding the alarm: “If you have a child with an illness or disability that falls into a gray area, you are really being sent from pillar to post.”
