Zeeland mussels, they're back! On Wednesday, the first hanging culture mussels of the season were harvested in Bruinisse. Chef Pim van Engelenburg prepared the first pot of mussels using a traditional recipe. These days, there are plenty of other mussel recipes as well. "Pure, natural is still the best."
