Mussel-opening competition at the BRUzzz Late Summer Festival

On September 6, 2019, the Mossellopensteek competition was won by Gert Kik. Who will take up the challenge to improve this 5 years later?

Once again at the BRUzzz Late Summer Festival we'll be rolling up our sleeves and seeing who can open a raw mussel the quickest and most beautifully. Of course we are not going to just start from scratch. Beforehand, practice matches with Tips & Tricks are held in Café 't Veerhuis. If you want this coveted cup, register for the practice matches at: cafetveerhuis@kpnmail.nl The mussel-walking competition starts on Saturday afternoon, September 16, 2023 at 4 p.m. Later that afternoon the official award ceremony will take place with the competition cup and eternal fame.
