Sailing instructor and maintenance worker, as a permanent job

Then you have come to the right place!What does your job entail?During the season, you will primarily teach sailing to adults on cabin yachts and keelboats. Additionally, you will be available to assist people who have rented a boat, and help with maintaining the rental fleet or one of the many other activities we offer.What do you do in the winter, then? You will be involved in the technical maintenance of the fleet and the buildings.From April through October, we are open 7 days a week and also work on weekends. During the winter months, we only work on weekdays. We work with a fixed schedule that we create in consultation.What we offer you:Fun and varied work, a pleasant, informal working atmosphere with good employment conditions.In-house training. Do you have (extensive) sailing experience but are not yet a CWO instructor?
