De Vanger renovation plan can be thrown in the trash: 'Why so frugal?'

It will take a few more years of "cutting and pasting" to keep De Vanger afloat. But the end result will be more beautiful than expected, says Hans Bos, chairman of the Bruinisse Multifunctional Center Foundation.
