Punishment for helmsman (57) of Bruinisser mussel cutter who caused collision

Sometimes you just have to count your blessings. And that's exactly what a 57-year-old man from Goeree-Overflakkee does when he's sentenced to 50 hours of community service for causing a collision with his mussel trawler BRU-14 on the busy Amsterdam-Rhine Canal near Utrecht. He's mainly touting the fact that no one was injured.
