19-year-old Lotte den Oude wins the 2024 Dutch Oyster Steaking Championship: "A dream come true"

Lotte den Oude is the winner of the 2024 Dutch Oyster Opening Championships. According to the jury, she opened the oysters at the oyster pits in Yerseke with the best and fastest results. She will represent the Netherlands at the World Oyster Opening Championships in Galway, Ireland. Lotte works at Bru17 restaurant in Bruinisse and said afterward, "It was unexpected, but a dream come true."
