Good news for fishermen

Tens of millions of tiny mussels fished from the Wadden Sea. If all goes well, mussel fishermen will bring in a record mussel harvest in 2026. This year, a staggering 65 million kilos of mussel seed was found in the western part of the Wadden Sea. This amount has only been found twice in twenty years.
