Gerard has been renting from Zeeuwland for 75 years and if he had to do it again, he would do it again

Gerard Bolier from Bruinisse has lived in a rental property from Zeeuwland for as long as the Zeeland housing association has been around. Both the Bruënaar and Zeeuwland are celebrating their 75th anniversary this year. Buying a home may be a dream for many, but Gerard and his wife Janny are completely happy with their spacious rental. Janny: "I don't regret not buying anything."
