We begin this parent-child workshop with the beautiful picture book 'That Is My Flower!' by Alice Hemming. Reading consultant Sonja takes you through the story of a squirrel who wants to keep his favorite flower forever.
After reading, we roll up our sleeves. Parents and children get to work together to mold 'flower bombs'. We mix soil, clay, and a special blend of flower seeds that can be scattered in late summer.
Of course, you'll take your homemade seed bombs home with you. Make your own balcony, garden, or neighborhood a little more colorful with your homemade seed bombs!
Please note: register both the child and the parent.
