It seems that spring and nice weather have finally arrived!
Just like in previous years, the village council would like to contribute to the quality of life and solidarity by financially supporting the organization of neighborhood/street BBQs.
In previous years, a contribution of €100 was made to each BBQ, regardless of the number of participating households. This year, on a trial basis, we would like to implement the following policy.
- Every household in the relevant street or neighborhood is invited to the BBQ. This is in the context of solidarity.
- When applying for the subsidy, the number of participating households must be stated. For 1-5 participating households, the village council sponsors €50. For 6-10 participating households, the village council sponsors €100. If 11 or more households participate in the BBQ, the village council contributes €150.
- The subsidy should be spent on the BBQ, but do not limit yourself to just purchasing food. For example, last year the village council subsidy was used to rent a bouncy castle for the neighborhood children.
- The application must be made via email to info@dorpsraad-bruinisse.nl, stating the number of participating households.
- A total of 20 neighborhood/street BBQs are subsidized.
- Only correct applications (i.e. those stating the number of participating households) will be honored, in order of applications. This means that the first 20 correct applications will receive a subsidy.
