Ashraf (21) sees vulnerable elderly people from Lelystad as easy prey

The court in Lelystad rejects the idea that Ashraf A. (21) from Amsterdam was merely the taxi driver. The judges suspect his role was much greater and that A. did indeed know that he drove to Bruinisse and Lelystad last summer to steal elderly people's debit cards and empty them. "Cowardly," is the judges' verdict.
